The complex is located in Brucoli, close to Priolo, (province of Siracusa), gently sloping down to the sea, in a natural inlet of exceptional beauty and surrounded by Mediterranean greenery.
Our temporary houses are close (5 minutes by car) to Brucoli, a small place that has preserved its original character as a fishermen’s village. Brucoli is known for its long natural fjord, a Norman castle (now also used as a navigation light), as well as shops, restaurants and pubs.
From our staff accommodations it is possible to reach the Augusta
rail-station (10 minutes); the Catania Fontanarossa
airport (20 minutes); Catania, Siracusa
(30 minutes); the Etna
volcano and Taormina (60 minutes).
Our corporate and contractor accommodation is located in a residential settlement within a gated estate (60,000 square metres) composed of very quiet houses (seven types of in-villa self-catering apartments), all with terraces and/or private gardens, tastefully furnished and equipped with kitchen.
Type A: apartments with one double bedroom (with Air Conditioning), one living room with sofa bed and one bathroom;
California apartment: californian-style apartment in villa with two double bedrooms, one living room (Air Conditioning), separate kitchenette and one bathroom;
Type B: apartments with two double bedrooms, one living room (Air Conditioning) and one bathroom;
Type B+: apartments with two
double bedrooms, one single bedroom, all with Air
Conditioning, one living room with sofa bed and two
bathrooms;
Type C: apartments with three double bedrooms (with Air Conditioning), one living room with sofa bed and two bathrooms;
Type C+: apartments with three double bedrooms (with Air Conditioning), one single bedroom, one living room with sofa bed and two bathrooms;
Type D. They have four double bedrooms (two with Air Conditioning), one living room with sofa bed, separate kitchen, and three bathrooms.
We also have two units, in a duplex house, at the first line directily on the park by the beach.
The settlement can satisfy a wide range of residential needs, from digital nomads and single specialised workers to large contractor teams. Many of our guests work at Wizz Air, Enel 3Sun Gigafactory, STMicroelectronics, Sonatrach, ISAB and the Port of Augusta. The property is also convenient for contractors and engineers working in the Priolo petrochemical complex and the ISAB refinery.
